Salary: £40,000£45,000/year (DOE)

We are proudly working on behalf of a highly regarded Domiciliary service based in Kent to recruit an experienced Registered Manager. The care agency deliver approximately 25003500 care hours weekly, specialising in home care for elderly individuals, adults, and children with complex needs across Kent, Sussex, Essex, and Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee safe, effective, responsive, and compliant operations.
* Lead and mentor a team of 100+ care professionals.
* Foster relationships with Local Authorities and private families.
* Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and standards.
* Manage records, policies, and procedures effectively.
* Stay updated with laws and best practices through training.
Ideal Candidate
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
* Experience managing medium to large domiciliary care services.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or pursuing).
* Current mandatory training certifications and Train the trainer qualification advantageous
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Committed to dignity, respect, and independence of service users.
