Job Description
The Role of Sales Negotiator is primarily focussed on the preparation and promotion of properties for sale, fostering relationships with both sellers and buyers, matching buyers to properties and managing a smooth sales progression to completion.
Building relationships, excellent customer service and looking for new business opportunities are also key elements of the role.
A typical day could include booking in valuations, applicant matching enquiries to suitable properties, carrying out viewings and relaying feedback to vendors, negotiating a purchase price and chasing a sales progress.

We are looking for someone who can help take us to the next level, providing outstanding customer service and expanding our sales presence and pipeline.
Key Skills:
* 2+ years’ experience as a sales negotiator in an estate agency environment
* Strong understanding of the Fylde property market.
* Sales Progression experience
* Great Communication skills with all parties, including – buyers, sellers, contractors and members of the Team.
* Attention to detail
* Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving attitude
* Confident in using software and IT tools
* Organisation
* Target driven
Desirable skills:
* Valuation experience
* Experience of Rightmove Plus
* Experience of Jupix property management system

* Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000.00 per year dependant on experience, OTE £26,500 - £29,000
