Day-to-Day Responsibilities Follow up on online quotes and handle both inbound and outbound calls. Provide excellent service and advice, ensuring that each client’s needs are individually catered for. Utilise a bespoke database and CRM to select the appropriate policy for customers. Arrange payments via phone, BACS, or direct debit. Maintain a personal diary to ensure prompt call backs. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent timekeeping and high level of personal organisation. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Exceptional telephone manner and confident communication style. Computer literacy is essential. Highly motivated with a willingness to exceed expectations. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Training & Experience No specific sales experience in insurance or office sectors required. Experience in customer service and comfort with phone-based interaction preferred. Comprehensive training provided from day one. Product training as part of the onboarding process.
