We are currently recruiting for an experienced new homes Sales Adviser to join the Essex division of one of the UK's biggest and best volume house-builders, selling on a large new homes development in Basildon, Essex where there is the opportunity to earn in excess of £55k PA!
A 5 Star HBF developer, our client seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser (12 months + Exp) to help sell out a scheme of circa 200+ homes.
Based on site from the Sales Suite, the successful candidate will be working as part of a small team, double-manned, full-time, 5 days a week, selling 3, 4 & 5 bedroom new-build houses to the general public.
Duties will include:
1. Generating sales leads
2. Meeting and greeting customers
3. Qualifying customers
4. Demonstrating homes
5. Negotiating on sales of units and options
6. Progressing the sale through to legal completion
Working hours are 10am to 5.30pm five days a week - which includes working weekends as part of your standard shift pattern - with 1 weekend off every 6 weeks, if desired.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a highly competitive commission package, which could see you earn an OTE of £55k PA or more!
The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor and must be IT literate. Our client also offers career stability, with many more developments already live and secured in the area.
