At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 25 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
About the role:
Would you like to join our welcoming, successful and vital Events team?
Working across our Fundraising Department, based mainly in the Events team, this role includes:
- Administration for fundraising events
- Recruitment, development and engagement of fundraising volunteers
- Customer service and communication with fundraising volunteers
This role will help Myton to generate much-needed income by supporting the smooth running of events and ensuring an excellent experience for fundraising volunteers.
It will be based at our Warwick Hospice, but you will be expected to attend events, so the role will involve occasional travel and occasional weekend/evening work.

About you:
This could be the role for you if you have:
- Previous donor administration or other administration experience
- Time management and organisational skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A driving licence and a vehicle you can use for work
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot support with visa sponsorship)
We will carry out a standard DBS check for this role because you will be working in an adult healthcare environment.
Other roles you may have experience of could include: Fundraising Administrator; Events Administrator; Volunteer Coordinator; Events Assistant; Fundraising Assistant; Fundraiser.
