With 35-40 staff members under your leadership—including Team Leaders and Train Presentation Operatives—you'll oversee multiple locations, playing a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of train services across the region. Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Train Presentation Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of train cleanliness and presentation, ensuring high standards across different sites. Your key duties will include:
1. Supervise and support Train Presentation teams, providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to maintain an efficient and high-performing environment.
2. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring every team member understands their role in upholding train cleanliness and presentation.
3. Conduct regular quality inspections of trains to guarantee top-tier cleanliness and presentation.
4. Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring teams have the necessary tools to complete their work effectively.
5. Manage budgets and resources to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
6. Quickly address and resolve any cleanliness or presentation issues.
7. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, helping your team grow and improve their skills.
A valid UK driving licence is required, as travel between different locations will be necessary.
Who We're Looking For:
We need a dedicated leader who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming environment for passengers. While previous team leadership experience is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in operational management, facilities management, or similar fields.
Requirements:
1. Reliable & Punctual - Able to commit to both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule (including weekends).
2. Strong Leadership Skills - Confident in guiding and developing a high-performing team.
3. Attention to Detail - Committed to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Pay & Benefits:
Day Shifts: £16.77 per hour
Night Shifts: £17.66 per hour
