Position: Sales Support Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent Full time 37.5hrs pw
Annual Salary: Up to £26,000
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic Sales Team. If you have a passion for administration and a strong attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administration support to the Sales Team
2. Manage and prioritise individual workload effectively
3. Monitor and promptly respond to emails and other forms of communication
4. Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
5. Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service
6. Monitor and complete various work streams, including quotes and office tasks
7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all quotes
8. Perform general office duties, such as filing and organising documents
9. Address potential customer issues with speed and efficiency
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administration role is highly desirable
2. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
7. Positive and proactive attitude
