Job summary The jobholder will be part of the Rheumatology Nurse Specialist team, led by a band 7 team Manager. The jobholder will support and provide advanced nursing expertise to patients who have inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue diseases. The jobholder will work across the patients clinical pathway to deliver high quality nurse led care, and provide specialist advice to other health care professionals both in hospital and in the community. The jobholder will ensure cost effective use of resources. The job holder will support the development of interdisciplinary and whole service working.
