Job summary This is an opportunity to join a well established Training Team in an administrative role as a Support Officer. The post holder provides administrative support to the Digital Skills Training Team acting as the first point of contact for training enquiries received via online forms, email and telephone. We are looking for an experienced administrator with proven skills and a proven employment history in administrative posts. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills and be an outgoing, self motivated, flexible person with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail.
