We have a fantastic opportunity within our Family Support and Child Protection Service. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced (or aspiring) team manager who is eager to lead, inspire, and drive performance of a group of 5 Social Workers and a Consultant Social Worker. If you have a strong focus on collaborative Quality Assurance activities and a commitment to strengths-based social work practice, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a dedicated team, ensuring quality assessments and support for children in need, child protection, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings.
* Inspire Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high standards, promoting the values and principles that underpin our practice.
* Collaborate and Innovate: You will work together to develop and implement innovative solutions that transform our services
