Work plan: Hybrid - Tues, Wed, Thurs in office. Mon & Fri remote.

The role in summary
As a Growth Marketing Manager, working out of our Bollington office, you will be responsible for engaging directly with our EMEA-based clients, defining and implementing their digital marketing strategy and plans. You’ll demonstrate the ability to quickly understand business needs, uncover illuminating insights and apply deep knowledge of digital media to analyse, evaluate and determine which channels in which mix will deliver the optimum results to bring brand positioning, demand and ABM campaigns to life.
As well as strategic nous, you’ll have experience in platforms such as LinkedIn, marketing automation and CRM, with familiarity in 6sense a plus.
The specifics
* Work with client stakeholders to understand their marketing and growth strategy, priorities and opportunities, which you can then translate into a results driven marketing plan
* Work with account teams to lead client planning, briefing and onboarding sessions to ensure effective capture of requirements and the ability to translate into directional strategies
* Develop GTM frameworks that define the high-level campaign requirements, audiences, segments, budget breakdowns, channel recommendations and digital experience integration
* Develop GTM campaigns and programs with a focus on brand activation, demand generation and ABM across all funnel stages
* Develop GTM blueprints that detail the overall campaign experience including channel/media selection, ad formats, message and content integration, campaign timeline, web integration and inbound/outbound journeys
* Develop segmentation strategies that will be leveraged within paid media and direct communication channels to ensure effective targeting, personalisation, message and content delivery across campaign and funnel stages
* Develop data strategies that leverage demographic, firmographic, technographic, intent and wider 1st and 3rd party data for targeting across channels
* Work with clients to define their demand waterfall funnel that will be leveraged for demand generation strategies and to ensure alignment between marketing and sales
* Work with clients to maximise their maturity and utilisation of marketing platforms including data strategy, e-mail campaigns, lead scoring models, website integration, data capture, lead routing, landing pages and nurture strategy
* Develop database marketing programs that leverage CRM, marketing automation and wider platform data to identify different segments across the customer lifecycle that can be targeted with different campaigns
* Develop ABM strategies that integrate with wider campaign programs and leverage multitier engagement models (one-to-one, one-to-many, etc) to engage and drive revenue from acquisition, cross-sell and up-sell programs
* Develop ABM account strategies with client marketing and sales teams to define ideal customer profiles, account lists, account scoring models and mapping of accounts to ABM engagement models
