About the Role:
We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our clients expanding team. If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
2. Provide product/service information and resolve any issues efficiently
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
4. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure top-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in customer service (but not essential)
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (desirable)
6. A team player with a positive attitude
