We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a gentleman we support, a fun loving and humorous individual who loves routine, daily outings, and a good laugh. He enjoys visiting cafés (tea and cake are a must!), and he's well-loved by the staff at Costa, where he never fails to brighten their day.

- Uses a wheelchair and walker for mobility

- Support with maintaining his daily routines and activities
- Assist with mobility and ensuring he has safe, enjoyable outings
