This role will suit someone who desires stability and has medium to long-term career goals; it is not suitable for candidates who job hop every 18 months.
The business is an FMCG giant with a global footprint, producing well-known products, and the site is one of their largest and well-funded in Europe.

The Role:
Working on a 3on / 3off basis, alternating days & nights.
* Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead, you will work within a large Engineering team.
* Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance with a single point of focus on a large production line.
* Help develop maintenance plans and strategies with your Reliability Engineer.
* Coach less experienced members of the team.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Multi-skilled or biased.
* A natural problem solver with a focus on getting to the root cause of issues.
* Apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or better.
