ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate effective communication with clients, end-users, and partners, foster and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
2. First point of contact for post sales customer service calls, product enquiries and support.
3. Manage email inboxes - efficient and timely processing of all enquiries
4. Service agent administration - handling invoices, new contracts, stock, legal conformity (certification)
5. Service agent part ordering and van stock management
6. Raising service jobs and checking status
7. Stay up to date with product information and new product specifications.
8. Comfortable learning & working with range of in-house systems. Ensure all systems are up to date and information is accurate
9. First point of contact for insurance companies plus provide service administration
