* Eagle Security Protection seeks an exceptional and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead business growth and expand our client base. We’re looking for someone who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and securing high-value contracts. * Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development Strategy
* Develop and implement winning strategies to drive business growth.
* Identify new markets, decision-makers, and companies that need our top-notch security services.
* Stay ahead of the competition by conducting market research and analyzing trends.
* Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
* Create and maintain steady leads using your network, industry events, cold calling, and good old-fashioned hustle.
* Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet (and exceed!) new business acquisition targets.
* Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and referral partners to keep the business opportunities flowing.
* Sales and Contract Negotiation:
* Confidently present Eagle Security Protection’s services to potential clients, tailoring proposals that speak to their needs.
* Prepare competitive bids and proposals that strike the perfect balance between client satisfaction and company goals.
* Negotiate and close deals with ease, ensuring contracts are both profitable and compliant.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, keeping them happy and ensuring they stay with us for the long haul.
* Regularly check in with clients to assess their ongoing security needs and explore additional service opportunities.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and to address any concerns clients may have.
* Collaboration & Reporting
* Team up with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
* Keep senior management in the loop by providing regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and new opportunities.
* Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
* Qualifications Experience:
* Extensive experience in business development or sales, particularly within the security services industry.
* A proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and growing client relationships.
* Solid understanding of the security industry, including security services, risk management, and the latest technology solutions.
* Skills & Competencies:
* An expert at building client relationships, closing sales, and driving business growth.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thriving in high-pressure environments.
* A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
* Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
