Key responsibilities:
* UK SC (Security Cleared) is Mandatory
* Good Understanding of M365 like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Desktop related issues
* Providing Level 1.5 support for Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint issues Configure and manage a Teams environment, channels, chats, and Apps for end users
* Manage Teams meetings, Phone numbers and services for Teams Phone
* Troubleshooting and resolving user desktop / Laptops issue remotely
* Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools
* Experience in hybrid Exchange and AD environments issues
* Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with M365
* Prepare incident reports.
* Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications
* PowerShell scripting skills is good to have
* Hands on knowledge of ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
* Good to have any working experience of Intune Device management
Key Skills & Knowledge
Proven experience in Desktop Site, TechBar and remote support role.
Working knowledge of desktop of M365 product and services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure)
Enforce ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management. Adhere to SLAs/OLAs for incident, service request, and problem management. Handle tickets/service requests effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
Follow ITIL/ITSM best practices and Agile frameworks to ensure efficient service delivery
Work independently and collaboratively with
cross-functional teams
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination skills
