Your Role
As Head of Sales UK, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic sales team, balancing both new business development and existing client relationships. You will drive a customer-centric sales strategy, manage complex sales processes, and ensure effective collaboration across departments. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing market.
You successfully fulfil your role by:
1. Leading and organising the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring both quality and efficiency.
2. Guiding and empowering your team of 12 by responding to their unique needs, whether through coaching, sparring, or offering strategic advice.
3. Assisting with complex sales processes and serving as a trusted advisor for clients.
4. Driving a customer-centric strategy, focusing on satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Acting as the key liaison to resolve customer issues, oversee renewals, and manage contract terms and frameworks.

Your focus lies on the UK-based team, responsible for our clients in Ireland and the UK. This team consists of 12 direct reports, including Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, New Business Sales, and Account Management. Based out of our Brighton office, the team embraces hybrid working, combining office, home, and client site visits. This is a well-established team with a strong history of overachievement.
