A leading insurance business in London are looking for a skilled trainer to deliver engaging and effective training on insurance software solutions, ensuring users can confidently navigate and maximise the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hands-on training sessions for insurance professionals on insurance platforms and related systems.
* Develop training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
* Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different user levels.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system adoption.
* Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on system updates and enhancements.
* Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches based on feedback.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in software training, ideally within the insurance sector.
2. Understanding of insurance processes and relevant software solutions.
