Facilities Officer (Part-Time) Competitive, based on experience Belfast Part-Time, Permanent Facilities Management / Professional Services Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a Facilities Officer to oversee daily facilities operations, building maintenance, and health & safety compliance. Day to Day: Supervise Front of House and Post Team, coordinating daily tasks and resolving issues. Arrange and oversee building maintenance (electricians, plumbers, cleaners, etc.). Manage Fire Risk Assessments, PAT testing, EICR testing, and fire safety compliance. Liaise with cleaning contractors and negotiate facilities contracts. Oversee car park management alongside security. Maintain facilities records and spreadsheets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a facilities role. Experience in a busy work environment (professional services is a plus). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and use initiative. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
