As a SEN Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment that prioritizes student well-being and development.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students.

What We’re Looking For
• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience working with SEN students are essential.
• Experience: A proven track record of teaching in a SEN environment or working with students with additional needs.
