At Powersheds, we have set out to create the greatest garden shed brand in the world. We have been trading since March 2019 and have been growing rapidly. We have two large manufacturing units in Bradford and have recently joined forces with the BSW group, allowing us to tap into their global structure to enable us to continue with our expansion plans. We make and supply premium wooden garden sheds and log cabins throughout the UK, Germany, and Ireland. We anticipate further rapid growth which means there are huge opportunities for individuals coming into the company at this early stage and to progress. We need experienced senior customer service people who are willing to learn everything there is to know about our products and services. We are particularly interested in reliable, ambitious people looking for progression as the plan for the successful applicant will be to develop them into the role of Team Leader and later Team Manager as the team and business grows.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Quickly learn about our products and services to assist customers and agents both over the phone and in writing, plus provide advice and support to team members;
* Dealing with both retail and trade customers – sales (inbound only) and customer service;
* Handling customer and agent complaints efficiently, including escalated issues whilst providing excellent levels of Customer Service;
* Liaising with the courier on deliveries and updating customers;
* General office admin, scanning, printing, data input, etc.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working at a senior level within a fast-paced customer service role, where you have provided guidance and support to a small team. You must have strong critical and logical thinking skills to work towards resolutions that work for the customer and the company. You would ideally have the capacity to learn large amounts of technical/product knowledge and be able to meet demands in a seasonal role where volume can vary. We are continuously looking to improve how we work, so a desire to implement and build processes to allow for company growth and team scalability would be great.
You must also have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing and be quick on a computer/typing. Candidates should be confident in using Excel and either have knowledge in other systems (e.g., Linnworks/Gorgias) or have the ability to pick these up quickly.

Pay: £27,560.00-£29,640.00 per year
