We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing business, working 3 days a week.As the new HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains talented employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role ensures that all HR practices and actions are consistent with the values of the organisationYou will be responsible for managing the fundamentals of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, policy and practices, performance management, training & development and compensation & benefits. The role will also lead the HR strategy, and design and implementing processes and procedures that resonate with the organisations core values. Supporting all levels of the business you will be a natural team worker, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams & stakeholders at all levels. About you CIPD qualified, you will have a proven track record as an HR Manager with a deep knowledge of an HR generalist remit, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience. This is a part time permanent role and would typically be the equivalent to a 3-day week. The appropriate working pattern will be discussed with candidates and the role will be site based.
