About Honiton Leisure Centre:

The Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the welcoming face of our centres, creating a warm and positive experience for every
visitor. You will support both the café and reception areas, engage with members, and help promote our memberships and activities.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring each member feels welcomed and
valued.
* Facility Supervision: Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the centre, ensuring that health, safety, and hygiene standards are
maintained.
* Membership Sales: Promote memberships, handle enquiries, and follow up on leads to support sales targets.
* Administration: Manage point-of-sale, cash handling, bookings, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
* Ability to manage point-of-sale operations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
* Familiarity with food and beverage operations is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively.
