The market leader in our sector, we have expanded into export markets including Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, and the Netherlands, and built a state-of-the-art £30 million factory to future-proof our production capacity and continue delighting our customers. Our new Recruiter will play a leading role in using all available tools, methods, and their own creativity, to secure the talent that will drive our business forward during this exciting growth period. With a proven track record as an in-house Recruiter, motivated by challenging goals, and skilled in multitasking, you'll use your experience, market knowledge, and innate people skills to drive full lifecycle recruitment campaigns to completion. Tenacious, driven, collaborative, and highly skilled in stakeholder management, you'll become a trusted recruitment partner, and an expert in facilitating psychometric tools to assess risk as part of our well-established end-to-end recruitment process. Occasional travel to our Crawley site will be required.
