We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, motivated, talented individual to assist with maintaining our JAG accreditation. Working towards JAG guidelines and standards and taking appropriate positive action to lead our unit in the right direction. The post holder will work effectively across our 2 sites as well as engaging in working alongside the senior team within Endoscopy. Working hours will be between 8am-5pm working across both sites Monday-Saturday.Base Location: Bournemouth & Pooleinterview Date: TBC Main duties of the job · To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Endoscopy Leadership Team. · To populate and maintain the Global Rating Scale to ensure Endoscopy meets standards relating to Clinical Quality, Quality of Patient Experience, Workforce Training, in preparation for GRS and JAG inspections. · To act as point of contact to ensure training and competencies are up to date for Endoscopy staff. · To provide a range of project and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of JAG accreditation, including being up to date with the latest JAG requirements, compiling audit data, supporting progression through the accreditation process. Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria GCSE 9-4 (A-C) pass level Maths and English Experience Essential criteria Experience of Office and Administrative procedures Desirable criteria Experience working in an Endoscopy Unit Technical Skills Competencies Essential criteria Computer literate with Microsoft office experience, TEAMS, Word and in particular Excel and Outlook. Desirable criteria Hospital Systems experience in HICSS Interpersonal skills Essential criteria Organisational skills Knowledge Essential criteria Knowledge of undertaking/compiling audits Desirable criteria Knowledge of the JAG accreditation Process
