This is an ongoing, full-time role within the Disabled Children and Young Persons team. What you will do: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop plans to support children and young people with significant disabilities. Manage a protected case load, creating tailored interventions for those with complex and challenging needs. Collaborate with partners to ensure a unified approach to support services. Provide supervision and guidance to Trainee Social Workers and NQSW within the team. Lead on quality control and improvement activities, promoting excellent practice across the service. The role requires: Social Work England registration. Experience at Senior Social Worker level. A recognised qualification in Social Work. Completion of the ASYE year if qualified after 2012. A full driving licence and willingness to travel. Enhanced DBS clearance.
