HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR Manager and lead the Employee Services Team (EST) in delivering efficient, professional HR services. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to the overall success of the HR Advisory Department.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Employee Services Team (EST) to deliver HR services.
*
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
*
Provide HR advice to managers on employee services and attendance management.
*
Produce timely HR statistics and reports for senior management.
*
Lead HR-related projects and assist with recruitment activities.
*
Improve HR systems and processes, ensuring best practice.
*
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
*
Degree-level qualification and CIPD membership (Assoc CIPD or above) or equivalent experience.
*
At least two years' experience in an HR role within a large, complex organisation.
*
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and HR systems.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
*
Full UK driving licence or access to transport to fulfil job requirements.
Desirable Criteria:
*
Experience improving HR processes.
*
Public sector or local government experience.
