* As a Commercial Analyst you will be working closely with our Commercial team and providing them with actionable insights to drive growth. Requirements
* Minimum 1+ years of sales operations or consulting experience, preferably in a fast growing environment
* Graduated from top tier university
* Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices and industry standards
* Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
* Comfortable building high quality and complex spreadsheets, models and presentations
* Is a creative problem solver, able to think of out of the box solutions to potential problems
* Is proficient in manipulating and visualising big data in a clear and logical way to suit different end users equally
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to various audiences clearly and succinctly
* Is confident and capable in presenting to individuals and groups of stakeholders at different levels
* Self-aware team player, open to receiving/providing honest feedback to peers
* Ability to understand the wider business needs to help prioritise and focus effort in the right places
What the job involves
* Provide wide-ranging operational support to the Commercial leadership team – assisting them with the execution of business strategies, sales campaigns, internal initiatives aimed at improving internal efficiency, and measurement of sales performance
* Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic and tactical reporting as required by Sales Leaders
* Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
* Design and build reports and to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market dynamics and opportunities for growth
* Organise events and conferences aimed at driving business growth
