We are seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to join our team. If you’re a people person who loves building relationships and making a real impact, this is your chance to be part of something special.
The Role

You’ll be out in the field, meeting with recruitment agencies and contractors, promoting our FCSA-accredited services, and ensuring new clients experience our first-class payroll solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong, lasting relationships with recruitment agencies, contractors, and businesses.
* Promoting Westlakes Fusion’s FCSA-accredited payroll solutions, emphasizing compliance and trust.
* Identifying new business opportunities and helping us grow our client base.
* Attending industry events, networking, and making connections that count.
* Working closely with our internal team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
* Staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations (IR35, payroll legislation, etc.).
* Helping to shape the future of a company that’s on an exciting growth path.
What We’re Looking For
âś… A People Person: You love meeting new people and building genuine relationships.
âś… Sales & Business Development Experience: Ideally, you have experience in umbrella payroll, recruitment, or a similar field.
âś… FCSA & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of FCSA accreditation, IR35, and payroll compliance is a big plus (but we can train the right person!).
