Carrying out tasks such as taking and recording basic observations, assisting patients with hygiene, nutritional requirements, performing tests such as urinalysis, Blood glucose etc, working in a manner that promotes privacy and dignity. Notify nursing caregivers of changes/concerns in patients’ condition. Support Caregivers to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors following the guidelines of risk management. What we need from you? NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate Minimum of 12 months recent experience as a HCA in an acute hospital setting Good communication and organisational skills To be competent in /have had exposure to the use of electronic clinical systems (EPIC, similar modern clinical systems) - Desirable What can we offer you?
