We're seeking experienced Service Charge Officers to join a leading organisation on a temporary basis until July 2025 (with potential to extend). Key Details: Hourly Rate: £18.93 PAYE / £23.47 Umbrella Contract: Until July 2025, with potential to extend Availability: 6 positions available Working Model: Hybrid with requirement to report to office based in WD6 Your Role: As a Service Charge Officer, you'll ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of service charges for residents across tenures. Key responsibilities include: Managing service charge enquiries from residents and internal staff. Investigating and resolving disputes, including attending meetings with residents. Collaborating with analysts to ensure accurate service charge estimates. Supporting rent teams with service charge-related queries. Contributing to service charge-related projects and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. What We're Looking For: Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, particularly regarding service charges. Proven experience delivering service charges in a customer-focused environment. Strong numeracy skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (data handling and manipulation). Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
