The Career Opportunity
They are looking for a Senior QS/Employers agent to provide comprehensive EA management on major residential projects. Projects vary in Size and are major schemes in the North west.
Cost planning through the RIBA Stages and advising on design options
Preparation of tender documentation, tender analysis and preparing tender recommendations
Compiling contract documentation and administering the contract
Monitoring costs of projects and their progress in relation to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards
Having a flexible attitude to work as well as being able to work under pressure and achieve targets, all while providing a high-quality client service whilst contributing and upholding the reputation of the organisation.
Working experience of real estate projects.
