We are seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Director to oversee all food service operations for CH&CO on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, and helping to drive business growth through innovative menu development and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing kitchen staff and coordinating daily operations
2. Developing and implementing new menu ideas
3. Ensuring high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
