Academic Appointments are working with A secondary school in Wakefield who are looking to appoint a Finance officer on a Temp to perm contract.

Responsibilities include:
Provide financial and administrative support to the school under direction and guidance of the Business Manager.
Ensure purchase order requisitioning and staff expenses claims forms are completed accurately.
Maintaining the stocks and supplied of curriculum/general office equipment as required by the school.
To undertake financial administration and reconciliation of catering, educational visits, transport, lettings and any other income streams received into the school.
Requirements:
Experience in a related Finance/Administration role.
Strong IT Skills.
Familiar with accounting software and ICT packages.
Experience working in a busy office environment.
Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
