Sales Administrator Leyland- Permanent - £24k per annum Forrest Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated hands-on Sales Administrator to join our client, a well-established organisation with a presence across the North West. They are a highly regarded name in their field and as the company grows, they need to add an additional staff member to their stunning Head Office in Leyland. Working alongside 3 others and reporting to the Sales Administration Manager. Responsibilities : Creating and sending out letters to customers Providing all around administration support to a busy sales team Inputting customer orders and financial details on to Excel Manually cross-checking order information Handling incoming calls from customers and internal departments relating to sales enquiries Taking payments over the phone and logging on Excel Dealing with postal duties and general admin support Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (9:00am - 5:00pm) Friday (9:00am - 3:30pm) This is a fast-paced environment and would suit someone who wants to work hard but have fun.
