Salary:£24,077.25 per annum
Hours of Work:Full-Time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team of six at the Head Office in Leeds as a Business Support Administrator. This is your chance to make a real impact by providing essential administrative services that support the delivery of rehabilitation and case management services for individuals recovering from illness or injury. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Referral Processing:Ensure accurate and timely processing of client referrals, liaising effectively with solicitors and insurance companies, and maintaining client information in line with The Rehabilitation Code 2015.
* Editing of Reports:Proofread and edit clinical reports to ETS standards, ensuring top-quality language and grammar.
* Network Administration:Support the Network Coordinator by delivering excellent service to OT associates.
* Administrative Support:Provide accurate administrative assistance for client care and rehabilitation needs, ensure financial records are precise, and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
* General Team Support:Demonstrate flexibility and cover colleagues’ duties when required to maintain seamless business operations.

Experience:
* Proven experience in a busy administrative role or similar positions requiring strong organisational skills, customer service, and process management compliance.
