What the Job Involves As the Early Help Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Lewisham MASH team. Your responsibilities include coordinating early help assessments and interventions for families, facilitating communication and collaboration between agencies, and ensuring that the appropriate support is in place for children and families facing challenges. You will work closely with partners including social services, health, education, and the police to conduct assessments, share information, and develop action plans to support positive outcomes for children and parents.
