Main duties of the job The Deputy Medical Workforce Manager will provide a positive and proactive approach to Medical recruitment within the Trust. Acting as an advocate for open, fair and transparent recruitment practices, to ensure that the Trust operates best practice standards at all times. The postholder will manage the daily operational activity of the team and ensure this is completed to a high standard, while ensuring quality and compliance is maintained at all stages of the recruitment process.
