The Role
As an Administrative Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing administrative support to the director, recruitment and sales teams.
2. Managing correspondence via email and phone, handling inquiries professionally.
3. Maintaining and updating records, databases, and company documentation.
4. Assisting with onboarding new hires as well as new customers.
5. Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
6. General office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing paperwork.

Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
