Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth operation of the home, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff, maintaining the highest standards of care
* Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding staff
* Contribute to ongoing training and development to enhance team skills
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
* Experience managing residential children's homes
* Ideally, registered with Ofsted and familiar with their regulations
* Strong leadership and motivational skills for both staff and children
* Proven experience in team management and supervision
