ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to become integral within the business and control and support the business Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP). Work with the MRP and Demand Planning systems to effectively manage stock, service and supply chain associated costs, working with both the internal and external customers.
Interface with the key stakeholders including the leadership and sales teams, customer services, GDC operations, purchasing & Fusion manufacturing incorporating production planning, quality, product development & operations across both the UK and overseas manufacturing locations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting sales and customer services with project/customer queries and stock availability.
2. Use the MRP (D365) system to raise purchase orders against suppliers (internal/external).
3. Manage supply vs demand to maintain levels of material availability whilst optimising inventory levels.
4. Maintain key master data within the MRP system.
5. Measure key vendor KPI’s for on-time delivery and report back.
6. Control, build and strengthen supplier relationships to continually improve performance.
7. Report writing and analysis of data to support departmental KPI’s.
8. Communication and management of stock shortages.
9. Supplier Invoice query resolution.
10. Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
11. Liaison with several departments across the business, including other Fusion and AVK locations.
12. Managing intercompany sales orders.
13. Ensure a safe working environment for all processes and operations across the division.
14. Ensure environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.
15. Assist in conducting major supplier audits.
16. Some foreign travel may be required.
ABOUT YOU:
1. 3+ years MRP planning experience, preferably within a global manufacturing business.
2. Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
3. Proven experience of working with and analysing complex data.
4. IT knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel (to a high level), PowerPoint, MRP.
5. Experience in Microsoft 365FO and Slim4 is desirable.
6. Exposure of working in a multi-site environment across different time zones is desirable.
7. Ability to display excellent influencing & stakeholder management skills.
8. Able to work on own initiative, demonstrating an ability to set/meet personal targets, with the flexibility to adjust workload priorities.
9. Hold a good standard of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
10. Awareness of wider company issues and relevant legislation.
11. Ability to organise and prioritise workload, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
12. Polish Speaking would be an advantage.

37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday 08:30hrs – 17:00hrs
