My client is looking for a qualified Financial Controller who can lead from the front, manage a talented finance team, and steer the financial operations as the business undergoes a number of mergers and acquisitions across the North West.
The Financial Controller will have full ownership of the finance department - from managing project costs to overseeing all accounts through to audit. You will play a critical role in supporting the companies ongoing growth and ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across the board.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

3. Presenting to board on a monthly basis
4. Oversee project cost management, ensuring accurate tracking and financial reporting on all construction projects.
5. Overseeing the monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
6. Implement strong financial controls to safeguard the business and ensure compliance.
7. Work closely with Commercial Directors to provide clear financial insights, helping to drive profitability.
