Your Role
As a Business Analyst in our Integrated Logistics Department, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll be at the forefront of analyzing data, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Supporting the EM team on performance management topics.
* Working with the LCC and Freight Settlement to help streamline the end-to-end process.
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and model data from various sources, ensuring comprehensive and accurate analysis in line with freight forwarding operations.
* Evaluate the performance of external vendors and carriers through data analysis, helping to make informed decisions on vendor selection and performance improvement.
* Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, ensuring a customer-centric approach in freight operations.
* Conduct analysis on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
* Develop comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and analytical models. Generate regular reports for management and key stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics.
* Solid knowledge of 4PL concepts.
* Proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement.
* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimisation.
* Previous experience in Ops CAPA processes and SLA management is an advantage.
