We are currently seeking three motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our client's contact centre team as Contact Centre Advisors. This is a part-time position based in Tamworth, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Record and maintain accurate customer information and details of each interaction.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to better assist customers.Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and evenings.Working Hours:
- Saturday and Sunday x 3: 08:00 - 16:00 (15 hours)
- Monday through Friday x 3: 08:00 - 12:00 (20 hours)
- Monday through Friday x 3: 15:00 - 19:00 (20 hours)
