Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
Regular checks on machinery to ensure optimal operation
Responding promptly to machinery breakdowns
Identifying and resolving mechanical issues
Assisting in the installation of new machinery and equipment
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Keeping detailed records of work performed and machinery status
Collaborating with the wider engineering team to meet department objectivesProfile
A successful 'Mechanical Fitter' should have:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery
Strong problem-solving abilities
