We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, UK, you will be at the forefront of implementing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include managing email campaigns, optimising website content, overseeing social media platforms, and coordinating digital events. You’ll be a key player in the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and success of our digital marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do
· Own and execute the email marketing strategy, including copywriting, campaign management, and performance analysis.
· Create and manage a content calendar for social media and key channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and strategic posts.
· Drive engagement and brand awareness through targeted social media campaigns and community management.
· Develop localised content, including blogs, social posts, and email campaigns, aligned with business objectives and the go-to-market strategy.
· Manage the website alongside an agency, ensuring content is up to date, optimised for SEO, and aligned with marketing goals.
· Work with global teams to adapt brand messaging for the UK audience.
· Monitor and respond to audience engagement across all channels.
· Analyse and optimise the performance of email, social media, and website channels.

What you’ll need
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
· Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Inbound Marketing).
· Proven experience in email marketing, including strategy, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
· Strong background in social media management, including content creation, campaign strategy, and community management.
· Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
· Excellent copywriting skills for email and social media to drive engagement and conversions.
· Experience in creating and managing social media content calendars and consistent brand messaging.
· Analytical skills to optimise email and social media campaigns based on data-driven insights.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (Full-time) / Competitive Pro-rata (4-day fractional option with more experience)
