You will deliver weekly Personal Development Curriculum sessions to each tutor group, following City of Portsmouth College’s Personal Development programme, whilst ensuring your students make significant progress on their courses and achieve their learning goals leading to positive and sustained destinations. Key Responsibilities: Creation of teaching materials for weekly sessions Deliver 25 hours a week of Personal Development Curriculum sessions Monitor progress of each student in allocated cohort using the EILP and Progress and Monitoring Points, paying particular attention to any gaps in relation to those in receipt of bursary, free college meals etc Monitor attendance data of each student in tutorial cohort and ensure that attendance issues are challenged.
