Uniserve is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our procurement processes and driving cost reductions.
Based in Upminster with occasional visits to our Felixstowe site
Your Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager.
* Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier information, conduct supplier reviews, and manage contract renewal processes.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with suppliers and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Invoice and Payment Management: Monitor invoices, reconcile payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Your Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident usint MS Office especially Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in procurement software
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
