The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Security System operational disciplines, process work-flows, resource and vendor management, with a leadership track record. This person must have the ability to operate successfully in a global landscape, with a focus on standardization and continual improvement of processes and long-term system support/upgrade cycles. The qualified candidate will report directly to the SVP, Global Physical Security and/or Sr Director of Systems & Technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the regional security systems team.
* Responsible for all security systems related projects in region, to include new builds, retrofits, remodels, M&A integration, data center projects, etc. The scope includes assessment, cost estimation, planning, design, implementation overview, vendor tracking, KPIs, etc.
* Manage partner/vendor relations globally to include developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for global systems partners.
* Develop and Implement business plans to ensure continued optimal performance and excellent customer service.
* Partner with GPS functional leaders & peers to effectively drive implementation of programs.
* Create and manage the regional Systems & Technology budget and financial business model, to include executive level reporting.
* Liaison with internal Oracle partners to achieve objectives, develop new programs and leverage resources for program and service delivery.
* Liaison with external industry resources (e.g. law enforcement, military, emergency responders, industry peers & associations, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years of systems-based security experience.
* Strong understanding of industry specific legislations and compliance requirements.
* Subject matter expert in all facets of security systems and technology, to include: Lenel, GSOC technology, access control systems, network video recording solutions, surveillance, alarm monitoring, Vector Flow data-driven physical security platform, etc.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY, IMPACT OF DECISIONS AND DEGREE OF SUPERVISION:
* The scope of responsibility will be regional in nature, with area and country deployed resources reporting directly to this position.
* Decision impact is high and degree of direct supervision is minimal. This is a mid-level position with a high degree of responsibility.
PROCESSES AND METHODOLOGY USED TO PERFORM JOB:
This position will develop strategy, lead teams and resources to successful performance. Conduct analysis of business needs and identify programs & services required to meet those needs. The successful candidate will provide education and professional development guidance to teams, managers, clients and other resources as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
* BS/BA Degree preferred.
